Kiloview P3 is the next-gen of 5G wireless bonding encoder based on KiloLink technology, supporting six network connections: 4-channel 5G cellular, WiFi (2.4G/5G dual-band) and Gigabit Ethernet. With a 3500mAh built-in battery and a 7000mAh external battery, it can guarantee your all-day use. In addition, P3 adopts a modular design, allowing users to choose between 5G/4G modules (WiFi/SD module is included in the package) and battery modules to meet the diversified business scenarios.

The P3 features 3G-SDI and 4K HDMI video inputs, supporting video inputs up to 4KP30 with H.265/H.264 encoding. With the permanent-free/ private-hostable KiloLink Server Pro, it truly achieves unlimited bonding and seamless streaming experience.

P3 supports H.265/H.264 encoding format. H.265 encoding technology can not only achieve better image quality at lower bit rates, but also achieve efficient data transmission with low bandwidth consumption. Meanwhile, you can always set your own video encoding rate (within 40Mbps), and adjust it according to actual network conditions and video quality requirements, ensuring the perfect flexibility.

Exclusive NDI HX protocol ensures tier-1 production efficiency in your studio or production center. NDI has become the preferred choice for IP production due to its high image quality/low latency transmission characteristics. When you choose P3, it not only means that you don’t need to purchase other NDI converters to start efficient production, but also allows your workflow to be fully compatible with third-party production software such as Tricaster and vMix.

*At present, it support only NDI HX2, NDI HX3 will be supported through subsequent firmware updates

It fully utilizes patented KiloLink technology to realize strategies such as Automatic load balance & Danamic adaptive bitrate through encryption algorithms, in order to realize tier-1 reliability in streaming. At the same time, through unique customized buffering time and dynamic bitrate adjustment, it ensures that users can efficiently transmit streams with top stability even in complex and ever-changing network environments.

To meet the diverse needs of business situation (such as small-scale studios/ large-scale event live streaming), P3 adopts a more flexible modular design. You can choose the most cost-effective solution by picking 5G/4G and battery modules. The device is equipped with a WiFi module (including an SD storage module), and users can freely match different modules according to their actual scenarios and regional network environment (4G/5G modules and additional battery module are purchased separately).

Multiple Storage Strategy Recording while Streaming​

Capaturing every moment: The P3’s standard WiFi module includes a free SD card module, and supports multiple recording strategies including external USB/NAS network storage. Users can monitor videos while recording, with file formats supporting MOV, MP4. Through the device’s LCD display screen, users can view the recording status in real-time, allowing for a comprehensive control of the entire recording process.

Antenna Isolation Design Excellent Anti-interference Performance​

The P3 use a internal antenna design and ensure sufficient isolation by setting the best distinguishing angle between different antennas. The internal antenna can fully resist external electromagnetic interference; while the isolation design effectively avoids the mutual interference phenomenon caused by redundant antenna stacking. In your actual live streaming work, whether in a weak network environment or signal blind spots, P3 can always guarantee you with the maximum signal strength.

Intelligent Cooling System, Essentail for Outdoor Use​

Self adjustable four speed fan: In order to ensure stable performance of the equipment under extreme weather, P3 is equipped with a temperature controlled fan that can be adjusted automatically. When the temperature detector on chip recognizes that temperature is higher than the preset value, the fan will turn on and allocate different levels of wind power according to actual needs of heat dissipation. The P3’s intelligent fan ensures cooling of the CPU timely while using the lowest energy consumption, ensuring continuously stable operation.

Dual Battery Modules for Your Uninterrupted Live Streaming​

Rejecting the anxiety of mileage and enjoy: The P3 is equipped with a 7000mAh external battery and a 3500mAh built-in battery. The external battery can stably last for 6+hours when the 4-channel 5G module is operating at full load; while the built-in battery can provide a stable use of 3 hours. When the external battery turns to low battery mode, the system will switch to the internal battery automatically for power supply to ensure uninterrupted operation all-day. Meanwhile, the DC interface can also support external power input.

P3 Multi-Streaming Mode: Cost-effective Wireless Encoder for Live Streaming

P3 eliminates the need for aggregation platforms, automatically selecting the optimal network link (WiFi/Ethernet/SIM card) and directly stream four video streams to major live streaming platforms from the device. It is compatible with mainstream protocols such as NDI HX, SRT, RTMP, RTMPS, RTSP, RTP, HLS, and TS-UDP. Not only does it offer the low-latency transmission advantages of NDI HX, but it also enables remote interaction via the SRT protocol.

When the P3 is used with KiloLink Server Pro, it enables multi-link intelligent aggregation transmission. This is especially important in high-demand scenarios like large events and sports competitions. Through intelligent aggregation, the P3 ensures stable transmission of live content even in complex network environments, allowing viewers anywhere to enjoy a high-quality streaming experience.

You can transmit signals in various format freely , such as NDI HX/SRT/RTMP/RTMPS/RTSP/RTP/HLS/TS-UDP, etc. When the signal reaches the studio or production center, you don’t need to purchase a receiving server additionally, by just using any brand/model decoder to complete monitoring work.

*At present, the NDI HX direct/support function is easier to implement in “Local Deployment”. If your server is deployed in the cloud, you will need to carry out penetration network strategy from public network to local network. Consult your network engineer or Kiloview technical support team for details.

Innovative Interactive Design One-touch for Everyting​

P3 is equipped with a 4.3-inch touch LCD screen, which is used for previewing input images of camera in real-time, and receiving images of feedback video*. Through the screen, users can view information in real-time, such as device IP address, network status, video resolution, Tally status, device CPU, temperature, as well as the encoding status of video and audio.

*The function is on schedule and will be supported through further firmware upgrade.
