ETH-SDI Link

ETH-SDI Link

The ETH-SDI Link serves as a bridge between Ethernet commands and Blackmagic cameras, transmitting control commands via the SDI return feed. This device allows for the control of Blackmagic Design cameras without the need for an ATEM switcher, offering flexibility in setups where direct connection to the camera is preferable. Utilizing the Blackmagic Design Camera Control device core, the ETH-SDI Link facilitates a seamless integration into existing workflows, ensuring efficient and effective camera control in live production environments.

Tally Box

Tally Box

The Tally Box is an innovative solution for integrating SKAARHOJ tally lamps into production setups, connecting via Cat5 cables for simple and effective signaling. It works in harmony with Blue Pill devices, leveraging the Raw Panel (UniSketch) for customizable control. This device supports seamless connectivity with a range of switchers and video routers, enabling red and green tally lights to be managed efficiently. Its design simplifies cabling by carrying both power and signal, allowing up to three lamps to be daisy-chained from a single source, streamlining installation and reducing clutter.

ETH-GPI Link

ETH-GPI Link

The ETH-GPI Link is a basic 2×8 digital I/O device designed to connect and control a wide range of equipment in your production setup. Via the Raw Panel protocol it integrates easily with SKAARHOJ’s Blue Pill platform, where Reactor is the perfect orchestration engine to connect the I/O points with any networked device. Leveraging the UniSketch OS, some devices can also be controlled directly with parameter definition for inputs and outputs simply selected with an intuitive drop-down menu structure. The I/O points are all electrically isolated with quality relays and optocouplers. GPOs are relay-driven, grounding when activated, whereas GPIs use optical isolators for shorting to GND.

Blue Pill Server

Blue Pill Server

The Blue Pill Server is a super compact, Power over Ethernet (PoE) device, designed to seamlessly integrate legacy UniSketch controllers into the Blue Pill ecosystem. It’s also ideal for running device cores close to remote devices. It’s capable of serving touch screen interfaces via web browsers. It can also network enable USB-A devices such as Stream Decks and X-Keys via the Raw Panel Protocol, offering a bridge to integrate them with SKAARHOJ control panels. It also supports frame grabber devices for visual presets as well as USB-to serial adaptors for RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485 integration.

ETH-B4 Link

ETH-B4 Link

The ETH-B4 Link facilitates network connection for analog B4 broadcast lenses with a Hirose-12 connector, providing lens control via Ethernet. Utilizing SKAARHOJ’s device cores, operators can precisely manage the iris of B4 lenses and access a dedicated tally channel. This device stands out with its incredibly light and compact form, offering a unique solution where iris control data is transmitted separately from camera control signals. Features include a camera selector switch for ID and IP configuration, analog output via Hirose-12 connector, and a dual-color tally lamp, along with a relay output for program tally signals, ensuring a comprehensive control experience.

TCP Link for ATEM

TCP Link for ATEM

SKAARHOJ’s TCP Link for ATEM fills the crucial need for a TCP interface with BlackMagic Design ATEM switchers, enabling easy integration into AV systems. This innovative tool reports state changes and forwards commands to the switcher, ideal for AV projects involving systems like Crestron and Extron. It simplifies the command process, showing in the terminal how commands appear, to replicate them effectively. Based on the UniSketch platform, it’s a must-have for seamless switcher control and integration in diverse AV setups.

ETH-LanC Link

ETH-LANC Link

The ETH-LANC Link is an Ethernet to LANC protocol converter, allowing for straightforward control over LANC compatible cameras. This device enables users to perform basic camera functions such as zoom, iris control, and record start/stop via UDP communication from a SKAARHOJ device core. Despite LANC’s inherent limitations, this converter opens up possibilities for remote camera operations in setups where direct control is necessary but challenging to implement due to distance or accessibility. Its compact and efficient design makes it an indispensable tool in any AV professional’s kit.
